Hola Dragonbonded! 

I have great news from our fulfillment partner. After speaking with Gamerati, this time, it was easier to fulfill directly to everyone around the world from their warehouse than shipping everything to V-Games, so you should expect your demons to arrive soon no matter where you are located! Some backers are still on hold since Gamerati ran out of some scenic bases. We are sending the missing bases from Mexico, but they should arrive by Friday with them and you should expect news by next week from them.

 Hello Dragonbonded!

We have fantastic news! The demons arrived to Gamerati's hub and they will begin with all the uploading orders to the system and start fulfillment soon in the USA and Canada. In around 2-3 weeks (might be 2 weeks more for Canada) you should be receiving your demons. 

Gamerati will fulfill all demons around the world, so once all orders are uploaded, demons for Europe, United Kingdom, Africa, Asia, Australia, etc. will travel to the different regions and fulfillment will begin with the help of V-Games, for this, it might take a bit longer, around 2 to 3 months depending on the ports, we will keep you posted; hopefully is less than that. 

We also wanted to share with you some videos we made to assemble your demons, and a photo with the proper instructions to make it easier. We don't want to repeat the same mistake with Dragon so the Red Moon.

Dragonbond: Endless Sagas

We've got exciting news, we are expanding the Dragonbond Universe with Dragonbond: Endless Sagas. A 5e compatible fantasy TTRPG, from ENnie award winning games developers and authors. We were giving a free sample at GenCon for the free adventure (if you are in the USA, you will receive one with your order) but no worries, you can download the free adventure and subscribe to be notified about this project HERE!

As the name suggests, Dragons are a HUGE part of the setting, acting both as protagonists and antagonists of various plots and adventures, and influencing epic events in which players might find themselves shaping the very future of the world.

The team went to Gen Con and a big surprise was that Jason Engle stopped by the booth and took a photo with the (oversized) Gamazsh and members of the team.

Freight shipping to US starting

Today's update is short but we have great news:

Freight shipping has started!

The cargo with the physical miniatures will arrive on Monday to Gamerati (our fulfillment partner). 

Gamerati is in charge of fulfillment everywhere (except Mexico). They are located in the US and work with several partners around the world to ship domestically in the regions where we offered friendly-shipping. 

If you are outside the USA or Mexico, your rewards will be consolidated with other projects managed by Gamerati to arrive to different fulfillment hubs. 

We will keep you updated about the fulfillment status!

 Digital rewards

By now, all digital rewards have been distributed via MyMiniFactory. Sometimes the emails with the redeemable codes land to SPAM or simply can't be located. If you can't find your digital rewards, just send us an e-mail with the subject "Missing DotH digital rewards" to [email protected] and we will be happy to assist!

Possible Gen Con pickup

We will be back this year at Gen Con exhibitor hall (booth #664). Depending on shipping times, it is possible that the miniatures are available for local pickup. If this is confirmed, we will let you know within the next couple of weeks so you can collect your rewards there and get a special gift (or your shipping fee refund).

Last week we received amazing news! Draco Studios and our first RPG game, Eldritch Century, were nominated for the ENNIES! The most important RPG awards.

We would be extremely grateful if you could spare 10 seconds of your time to vote for us. 

Awards like this allows us to keep growing (which has been very challenging in the recent years due to the pandemic and freight shipping crisis). Production complete! Time to lock surveys

Hello dragonbonded! 

We are pleased to announce that the resin cast production for the Demons (Daimoi) has finished!

Yesterday we sent a reminder through Backerkit to complete your survey. 

• Surveys will be locked this weekend. Last chance to include add-ons to your pledge!
• Cards will be charged next week. For add-ons included through Backerkit and shipping fees for physical rewards 
• Addresses will be locked by the end of May –if you are expecting physical rewards, please verify your mailing address here. 

It is likely that you will receive your physical rewards before our expected date of arrival –fingers crossed!!

Digital rewards

Digital files associated with your original pledge level were fulfilled early (December 2021). 

    If you upgraded your pledge level or included digital add-ons in Backerkit, your digital rewards will be distributed next week, after locking surveys this weekend. 

    If by next Friday you haven't received an email with your digital rewards, please let us know. Remember that you can always reach out to us if you need help locating your digital rewards. Just send us an e-mail with the subject "Missing DotH digital rewards" to [email protected]

Physical rewards

Right now we are working on the Heroes of Valerna add-on and adjusting color in the artprints included in each Daimos miniature. Once this is done, all backers will receive the PDF-pack as well.

Draco Forge team has been working very hard to complete these sets, here are some pictures. Enjoy!

 Once you open your rewards you will find a couple of artprints and more than a dozen sprues. These Daimoi have around 40 pieces!

Based on feedback collected in our Dragons of the Red Moon campaign, we are creating assembly guides that will be available online to help you locate the position of each part. For the most complex models, we might include a step-by-step guide. Stay tuned!

Surveys on their Way

Welcome back dragonbonded!

It has been a while! Ever since the campaign ended, we’ve been working non stop on pushing our project to its best results, and we are excited with what we’ve seen. Let’s share it with you!

We have been working on all necessary molds required to move into production. In the meantime, in order to more swimmingly deliver your physical rewards—since digital rewards have already been distributed through MyMiniFactory—, we have sent what is known as a smoke test. Some of you got your survey in advance to help us make sure our survey works for everything we need.

If you are among the randomly chosen few we encourage you to give us your feedback!

The chosen 5% should have an email from Draco Studios or Backerkit in your inbox. The rest should get your email within the next 24 hours.

Bear in mind, before we move on, we want to remind you that the pledge manager prices are in MXN currency (Mexican pesos), because it’s the way we set up the project. Nonetheless, the exchange rate to USD is 20:1 so you will find the prices are much lower when converting to USD (or Pounds/Euros/Canadian dollars). 

Additionally, as stated in the calendar, we’ll collect pledges on April the 15th, but you can start filling in your surveys and adjusting them as needed before the date. Please answer your survey as soon as you can, that will help us plan ahead for fulfillment and logistics.

In case this is your first time using Backerkit, here’s how it works. 

If you already know what to expect, skip ahead to “Molds and Production.”

1. Upon clicking the personal link in your email, you’ll be taken to the starting portal. You may choose your location to calculate shipping costs and upgrade or change your pledge.

1. Answer questions about your preferences. These range all sorts of subjects, from contact preferences to customization options depending on the project.
    

1. Include add-ons (optional purchases). This section allows you to customize your pledge however you want. More STLs, access to our other games, among other opportunities. Remember, our resin miniatures are all limited.
    

1. Fill in your shipping information, as well as your payment details. This will allow the system to calculate the shipping costs (and VAT for Europe) and proceed to payment.
    

1.  Place your order! Show off your incoming rewards by sharing on social media. Pledges will be collected until April the 15th, so you can come back and review your information as much as you want before then.

When our smoke test is done, after 24 hours of checking out your feedback, everyone else will receive their own personal link to complete their survey. Everyone should have their survey by the 3rd. If you don't please let us know.

Molds And Production

Recently, we hit an important milestone in production. Rakid’s molds seem to be working out! Take a look. We have produced over 50 bases, and we are currently working on the miniature.

Outstanding, right? The first 4 Rakid minis were produced last week. We’ve also been running tests on Gamazh’s pieces and pushing forward Assamiel’s engineering for production of split parts.
