Limited gargantuan resin miniatures with majestic design from the (under)world of Dragonbond.
Once mortals, the Daimoi are now a corruption of Vaala they consume to grow in power and sustain eternal life.
Each of the nine Daimos rule a realm of their own in the Hollowdepths, their surroundings and followers are warped into expressions of them

Welcome back, dragonbonded!
Before we get started, we want to wish all of you very Happy Holidays.
By now, you should have a still warm email from MyMiniFactory to redeem your rewards. Please let us know if this isn’t the case with an email to [email protected] with the subject “missing daimoi.”
Now, this email only allows you to redeem your rewards from our campaign. Any additional purchases in MyMiniFactory as part of this campaign is still on hold while our friends at MyMiniFactory give us the go ahead.
Remember that all complimentary credit should be addressed on Backerkit, not on MyMiniFactory. Your MyMiniFactory fulfillment should have every single one of your rewards pledged on Kickstarter. All add ons will be added during pledge management in Backerkit. Our pledge manager will be open in January 2022.

You did it!
Two weeks after our launch, the hunt for the Demons of the Hollowdepths is over. Thank you all so much for your support. Truly, this wonderful endeavor would not have been possible without you.
Let's start with a rundown:
25,480.00 in Pledges
478 backers
4 Stretch Goals unlocked - a new resin miniature for your Heroes of Valerna pack, Printed stats for the Daimoi, STL of Daimos Bellindra and STL of The Overseer, Herald of Rakid.
With a couple of minutes to spare, you unlocked the Overseer, Rakid's Herald of Authority. We are really glad you liked your rewards enough to add new ones to your collection.
Next Steps
Kickstarter is only a part of the process. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect in the following weeks:
Kickstarter will process payments this week and will deposit funds to our account in 2 weeks. Backers with errored pledges must fix their payment (more about that below) within the next 7 days.
Pledge Manager will happen through Backerkit. You should receive an email in January from them that will lead to a survey. You will be able to add your shipping information for physical rewards and, this is also a chance to add any extra add-ons to your pledge. All extra funds added inthe Kickstarter will be redeemable here!
Fulfillment will take place in MyMiniFactory, we are doing our best to fulfill everything before the New Year. You should receive an email from MyMiniFactory to redeem your rewards and start printing. Through MyMiniFactory, you will only be able to access your rewards. Any extra funds added in the campaign will be redeemable in Backerkit.
Errored pledges
If you had issues from Kickstarter charging your credit or debit card, (you can tell if you received an e-mail about it) follow this steps:
Identify the source of the problem and provide the solution: 1. Your card has no funds: Transfer funds to it. 2. Another Kickstarter project you backed ended on the same day: Your bank blocked the card for security by thinking it was a duplicated charge. 3. Your card is incompatible with Kickstarter charge hub: Try using a different card (yours or from a friend).
You will see a red banner at the top of the website saying you have an errored pledge. Click on "Fix Payment"
Try again with the proper card.
There is a bug on which Kickstarter states you have successfully fixed your pledge even though it might haven't worked. The best way to confirm is to refresh the page and not having the red banner on the top; alternatively try looking in your mail for the proper confirmation. Backers with errored pledges have 7 days to fix it and Kickstarter will automatically retry at the end of the 7-day window (Next Thursday 23rd). If you are not able to fix it within that time, your pledge will be automatically marked as dropped. Don't worry, you will still have 2 opportunities to fix it:
The first will be when we send the surveys (January). We may be able to charge your card properly in our platform.
The next will be some months after the surveys are sent, we will be able to enable PayPal payments.
MyMiniFactory has our epic miniatures and STLs Dragons of the Red Moon for sale for late pledges, once you receive your survey from Backerkit, you will be able to allocate the extra funds for that bundle and receive a redeemable link.
And now, for some news - The Nine Daimoi
The self-appointed rulers of the Hollowdepths are the Daimoi, entities that were once humanoid, or at least mortal, but then tapped the essence of fallen Protogons, becoming immortal beings, literally mad with power, whose single-minded obsessions and incalculable might make them living embodiments of the aspects of Vaala, but given a dark, hungry twist.
Daimoi are a corruption of Vaala, akin to a cancerous cell; Instead of using their Vaala to change the world, they collapse its magic into themselves, interrupting its flow to grow in power and sustain their eternal lives. As a result, the Daimoi taint their followers and surroundings, warping them into expressions of themselves. They have grown to be all-powerful entities in the realms they rule, their essences deeply entwined with those of the realm itself and its inhabitants.
Bellindra, Source (Kaab) Daimos, by Daniele Angelozzi
There were hundreds of Daimoi once, but their endless competition and ruthless nature winnowed their numbers down to nine. These Nine have learned to maintain a tenuous armistice, save for the occasional death battle, and to share the territory of the Hollowdepths among themselves, with each Daimos lording over one major level of caverns, shaped to mirror its dark desires, and considering every living creature in the region as their subjects.
The Overseer by Francesco Orru
Our Demons are divided into the three aspects of Vaala, alligned, to an extent, to the aspect that most rots within them. Assamiel, Rakid and Gamazsh are all Id Daimoi. Id is the aspect of blood, of will, of vision and passion.
Two other aspects exist. Fai is dreams, creativity, imagination and all the corners that dreams can reach when left unbridled. Kaab is nature and the harmony of its motion. Even the greatest sages know that corrupting any of these can only end in tragedy.
So, if we were to make a new campaign of our Daimoi, what aspect would you like to see?
Need more? Take Zaarud, for instance.
Zaarud, Daimos of Consumption, art by Jason Engle, directed by Tom Babbey
Zaarud the Devourer, the Insatiable Wyrm, the Thing Ravenous
The supreme devourer of the crags, the End of the Feast, the one whose belly has No Exit, is Zaarud the wyrm, the mindless Daimos of Devouring. A massive monster, a living nightmare that devours everything and has no aspiration other than gorging on all that is, unstoppable and insatiable, that is Zaarud.
The Devourer represents the act of eating without hunger, without need, only to consume. It is the embodiment of the primal impulse to take another life, another essence, and add it to one’s own. To greedily claim the living world as fuel to the self - that is the raw nature of Zaarud.
The Cult of Devouring
Zaarud’s worshippers operate without his acknowledgement, but they bring food and sacrifices, which please it. Their cult maintains the consumption of other creatures to strengthen the self, and they celebrate massive cannibalistic masses with the bodies of victims from every corner of the Hollowdepths —and often the surface. The highest authorities in the cult have the right to eat the largest portions and the strongest victims, and they may often prey on lesser cult members as well.
Zaarud is a Source (Kaab) Daimos. Its Feasting Crags are alive—not as a metaphor of their environment, but in the sense that their air breathes and their ground heaves with a will that seems all their own. Cave mouths clamp down on you, their stalactites like piercing fangs; warm and wet winds seem to linger and savor your body; the rocks under your feet suddenly open and then close again with a guttural noise that resembles a deep growl of satisfaction. This without counting the many actual predators that roam the realm, eating anything smaller than them, and being in turn eaten by larger predators, who end up devoured by the ground itself. In the Crags, everything can eat you, and be eaten in turn.
Want to add Zaarud, Hagthu and more Heralds to your collection? Stay tuned in our Tribe and help us grow this universe! Join our Tribe here! The Stretch Goals were enabled recently and we are already planning great surprises!

24 hours to go, dragonbonded!
We love seeing you so active in our comments section! We heard you and we figured the best way to lead up to the close of this campaign was to make your requests come true. Today, we dive into some more lore of our other Daimoi and heralds. We’ll also showcase some interesting things we’ve received from our Tribers at the end.
First off, let's take a quick recap of where we are.
Our Daimoi STL bundle now includes 4 different Daimoi. The latest of which to join is Bellindra the Beautiful
Printed 5e statblocks for our physical Daimoi
Our Heroes of Valerna resin pack now also includes Zamanu, the Nwoda her
You can get the STL files in your Intro Pack from Tribes!
Remember: All of our rewards come with 5e RPG stats for your gaming experience.
Finally, our Herald bundle is really close to getting a new member. Our spotlights also take a quick dive at one of our upcoming stretch goals and, of course, the currently available heralds in the Herald bundle: Mounten and Gutflayer.
Many on a spotlight
The best way to understand a herald is to learn how they relate to their Daimos. How they celebrate and adore their masters.
The Stag King, Father of Fright, Daimos of Horror, treats his Cult as his personal hunter’s pack, whose long scent reaches all the way to Valerna’s surface. No place in the world is safe from the Pack’s reach, save for Assamia and The Cradling Wastes, the only two realms deeper than the Hauntmarches, and forbidden to any Cult member on pain of a swift death.
The Cult recruits mortals with a simple offer—hunt or be hunted. Those who accept become part of hunts, first as lowly followers, then as hounds, and finally as houndmasters. Those who refuse, and those who fail in their hunter duties, become prey.
Mounten, the Herald of Trophies, is one of the Stag King’s favorite heralds. He has unparalleled skill at skinning and mounting the carcasses of victims in a way that pleases the King.

Cultists of Agony are institutionalized serial murderers, dedicated to torturing mortals to feed the power of the Queen of Blades, Daimos of Pain. They have mastered a myriad of methods to inflict pain, both mental and spiritual, and stories of their horrible practices are enough to make them the most feared and despised of all Dai Cults. The Thornmarches’ proximity to the surface makes the cult much more active in Valernian cities, which often involves local law enforcement in their misdeeds. Many a criminal case ends up leading into the Hollowdepths, which usually spells death for the investigator.
The Cult of Agony takes its sacrifices directly from their homes or from the streets, relishing not only their victims’ pain, but also the despair and anguish of their families while they look for their loved ones or imagine the horrors they are enduring. Sometimes the Cult will ask for a ransom only to give false hope to their victim’s relatives, but all sacrifices inevitably end up on display in the Thornmarches’ walls and crossroads for the Queen’s pleasure.
The Queen’s lieutenants, favored court members, most trusted advisors and masters of pain are both Fey and Dai Exalted, tortured into their current forms by the queen’s dreams. Gutflayer the Executioner, is the goblin herald of Torture.

These two are the core creatures included in your Herald STL bundle, but many more creatures from the Hollowdepths lie in the horizon. You can still get these Stretch Goals!
It is believed Hgathu the Destroyer, Daimos of Entropy and Devastation, did not claim the power of Protogons, like other Daimoi, but was a Protogon itself, which would make it the oldest of Daimoi, and perhaps the oldest living thing in existence. Diminished by the wars against the dragons or other Protogons, it may have retreated to the bottom of the world, or perhaps was imprisoned by others of its kind so it could never again threaten Rhaava with its immense, destructive power. And indeed the Wastes, which are called Its Cradle, may be its prison, for Hgathu never moves beyond their borders, its dreadful power bound to their supreme depths.
Hgathu is a massive thing, its shape hard to read, resembling more a rock formation or natural force than a living creature. Its limbs are legion, and floating rocks surround its form, half part of its body and half a consequence of its movements across the broken land. Its mind and its words are not for mortals to understand, and it is said those that have tried to even listen to Hgathu’s thoughts or speech are rendered irrevocably insane by the experience. Alone among all daimoi, Hgathu has no mortal form, or any direct contact with its followers - it is not known whether it is actually aware of them, or cares whether they exist.

Hgathu will join the Daimos STL bundle when we reach 30,000 USD in pledges. Can you see the skull built into Hathu’s shape?
The campaign is almost over, and you can unlock these stretch goals and more. Share our campaign! Remember that more pledges means one more step to more rewards.

Bellindra Unlocked!

Hello, Dragonbonded
You did it! Another Stretch Goal unlocked. This one is very exciting for us and the Daimoi STL bundle pledge.
The mother and Caretaker of the Poisoned Gardens is Bellindra the Beautiful, a massive plant-like Daimos who feeds on her garden’s eternal cycle of predator and prey. She represents the sensation of imminent danger, that threat just beyond sight that forces mortals to keep moving, keep looking around, all in vain. Because the Kiss of Bellindra always arrives, and it’s always deadly.
Bellindra, the Beautiful is now included in the Daimos STL bundle, along with her RPG stats.
Next, at 25,000 USD in pledges, the Overseer will be unlocked and added to the Heralds STL bundle. The Overseer is one of Rakid’s Heralds.

On Spotlight: Gamazsh
– Tue, Dec 14, 2021 at 07:43:59 AM
Welcome back, dragonbonded,
Today's update explores the third of this campaign's Daimoi: Gamazsh the Undeniable. We have so much more lore to share regarding the Hollowdepths and how they play with the rest of the Dragonbond universe. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, enjoy!
Gamazsh the Undeniable, Dread Duke of Delight, Daimos of Excess
Mightiest warrior and greatest of lovers. Gamazsh feeds on the frenzy of giving in. A lover of passion and all that is without measure or limit. Once a king aligned to Altan’s banner, Gamazsh was leading force in the coup against him. He understood his people’s passions and frustrations and stoked their fire. To close the campaign he gave himself unto his former subjects to be torn apart. He would rise again as the embodiment of giving into passion.
Sacrifices are chosen from the strongest or most attractive citizens of Gamassia, often from the ranks of the very cults that choose them. After selection, sacrifices are given to Gamazsh and his Exalted to hurt and consume, which grants a very temporary, very short reprieve to the Dai’s endless desire.
Final art by Jason Engle, directed by Tom Babbey
Gamassia
At the axis of the Hollowdepths, Gamassia is a land of surrender, of passion and violent pulsations. Gamazsh knows that discussion and debate are best surrounded by release, and what is Gamassia if not utter release? Altanessi structures rise and fall, echoing the rumble of war and the cries of pleasure.
Gamazsh offers his land as a space for discussion among the Daimoi, where they themselves may partake in the rave of passions. He has fashioned his land for things to clash and oppose constantly. Thus all passion ignites the region.
What do you think? What do you expect to find in Gamassia?
Your stretch goals are still up for the taking. Bellindra is anxious to join the horror and entice all who dare face her realm. Share our campaign with your friends so you can unlock more surprises!
